TDSR Calculator
TDSR (Total Debt Servicing Ratio) is a framework introduced by the government to ensure that property buyers are not over-leveraged for property purchases. The TDSR threshold is set at a maximum limit of 55% of the buyer’s monthly income. Meaning, the buyer’s total debt obligations from any form of loans and credit facilities together with the property loan should not exit the 55% threshold limit of the buyer’s monthly income.
Use this TDSR calculator to calculate your maximum loan for your property purchase.
