Hi, I’m Kash

“As I was growing up in my early twenties I was always curious to find out what the rich and wealthy had in common. After extensive research, my observation was that all of them are into real estate.

This became my passion and it was always my dream buy and own a property. I started from humble beginnings  and had to work my way up, there was never an easy meal and no golden spoon so to speak.

I bought my first property in Batam at the age of 28 in year 1990 as an investor, this was what I can afford at that time as capital outlay was low. I went on to buy 2 other overseas property in Malaysia in year 1993. My dream was to buy a landed property in Singapore, which came true in 1991 during the Gulf war. I went on to buy my HDB resale in year 2004, and bought 4 other condos in year 2005 to 2016.

I entered the real estate industry as a new agent in year 2008, with my years of experience in investing in both local  and overseas properties I am very confident of advising and understanding my clients needs.

I wake up every morning looking forward to meet and serve my clients, I was never bored because there was always plenty to do.  This real estate industry gives me the opportunity to meet new and different people from different cultures and backgrounds. The GREATEST satisfaction came when you know you gave 100% of your effort and time, your client makes the purchase and enjoys capital appreciation.”
